Being a startup we have some typical weaknesses in comparison to well established businesses. However some of these weaknesses can be actually translated into advantages or opportunities for our Customers.

Some of our weaknesses are:

Less advertising money

We try to overcome this by looking for creative ways to reach and retain our Customers by using more personalized approach. We see this weakness as our advantage.

Lack of processes and systems

While this is a drawback in terms of scalability of operations, this too can be turned into an advantage since such operations are not very rigid and are more capable of handling changes at even late stages.

Low on manpower

We are low on manpower. You may feel that our set-up is very small. But again this can be translated into an advantage since it would indicate a more hands on approach and a greater degree of involvement of the senior resources. This would eventually translate into a better delivery for You.
